The structure, located in Montopoli Val d'Arno (PI), concerns the construction of a depot for logistic use on zone with total area of 91,937 sq.m. The property is currently used by the company "CONAD del Tirreno", which concentrates within the structure, the logistics for the areas of Tuscany, Sardinia, Liguria and Lazio. The works were completed in March 2006.
