Initially known as "Befani Palace", the structure in Prato City was the first property to be subject of Tredil's attention, which starts to develop it in 1986. It is located in the area of the city that has seen most directional development and services, close to both the city centre and the motorway network. With 7 floor parking and characterised by a large courtyard which gives a sense of openness and brightness to the whole structure, the building is divided into offices designed with a policy of " open space" all of which are offered on a lease formula. It is owned by Tredil S.p.A which has its operational headquarters there.
